  • 4-lb. pork shoulder roast
  • 1 tbsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp.

Method

  1. Cut pork shoulder roast in half and sprinkle with sea salt. Set aside.
  2. Add liquid smoke (be careful because a little goes a long way) and vegetable stock to Instant Pot.
  3. Place steam rack into pot and place pork shoulder roast on top of steam rack.
  4. Secure lid and pressure cook on high for 90 minutes. Let pressure release naturally.
