This simple yet satisfying salad is perfect for enjoying outdoors with a glass of rosé after a day of scouring the woods. The combination of cool, crisp greens and warm, just-off-the-grill porcini can’t be beat. A slightly sweet vinaigrette and shaved Romano cheese complete the picture.
