Foraging was always on my bucket list, but it wasn’t until I moved to Colorado and discovered morels growing under the cottonwoods on my property that I realized the opportunity had presented itself. Shortly thereafter, I met Trent and Kristen Blizzard of Modern-Forager.com, who have generously taught me much about fungi and foraging. Now I try to forage wherever I find myself! Years ago, I tasted these mushroom quesadillas in an Oaxacan market. D
