Method

Cut pastry in 4" or 5" squares instead of circles. Fit a square in each 3" muffin-cup pans, letting corners stand up. Prick entire surface with 4-tined fork and press pastry firmly to sides and bottoms of pans. Bake like Tart Shells.</
