Follow recipe for Cheese Pastry but reduce flour to 1 c. and use ¼ tsp. salt, ½ c. grated Cheddar cheese, ¼ c. shortening and 2 to 3 tblsp. water. Proceed as with Baked Pie Shell made with Flaky Pastry.
