Place the filling on half of each pastry circle, fold over and seal edges by pressing with tines of fork or with handle of teaspoon. Make a few slits in top of turnovers. Follow baking directions for Prune-Apricot Tarts.
These turnovers freeze well. Cool thoroughly, wrap and freeze. To serve, beat in a moderate oven (350°F.). Top with Orange Cream Dress-Up.
