Combine 1 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 (8½ oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained (½ c.) and ¼ c. chopped maraschino cherries. Cover cream filling evenly with this mixture. Broil 8" to 10" from heat until marshmallows are puffed and soft, but not brown (1 to 2 minutes). Remove from broiler, spread out marshmallows with spatula. Return to broiler until delicate brown (1 to 2 minutes).
