This is a lovely summer drink. You can use a probiotic capsule as a starter or try with ginger bug. This kvass is very refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 200 g/7 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
  • handful of fresh mint leaves

Method

  1. Wash the raspberries and mint if needed. If they are organic or home-grown, just make sure there are no insects or dirt. Wash the pears, peel them if non-organic, and cut into chunks.
