Yogurt is more commonly eaten than kefir, but making it is not quite as easy. It is nonetheless well worth a try. There are many ways to make yogurt, but all you need is milk, a starter, and then some kind of incubator that will warm your milk at a constant level. A food thermometer is also highly recommended.
The choice of milk is important as this will make a difference to the end result. Just as with kefir, you should choose an organic full-fat milk as it always turns out nicer,
