You can age your nut cheese, just like normal cheese, for a more intense flavour. This is a very simple recipe but it is delicious. The nutritional yeast will give the nut cheese a typical cheesy flavour. Onion powder works beautifully as well, and has a sweet taste; the result is not the same if you use fresh onion. Pink salt, fresh rosemary and bay leaves make attractive decorations.
