This can be made with any of the three fermented nut cheeses. If you make it out of cashews, try to use as little water as possible when you blend the nuts. Again, the harder cheese you want, the longer you can mature it. This is another delicious nut cheese; if you put it on a platter with other cheeses your guests are unlikely to be able to tell that it is made from fermented nuts.
