This is a bit like making a cashew nut cheese, but adding more water. It can be enjoyed just like your normal yogurt, perhaps with granola and berries. It can also be made into a dressing or a sauce; just add spices of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 250 g/9 oz cashews, soaked for at least 2 hours and rinsed
  • 10 ml/2

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients apart from the probiotic to a high-speed blender and blend until it reaches the desired creamy consistency. Add just half the water first, then add more as needed to blend to the consistency you like.
  2. Add the probiotic powder and blend in, or stir it in by hand.
