Deliciously creamy and decadent. Add to granola, apple and berries and eat for breakfast, perhaps with a drizzle of coconut syrup, or treat as a cream and pour over a homemade crumble or cake. Make sure the can of coconut is a brand that does not include any ingredients other than coconut, water and salt, and no preservatives. Choose full-fat or whole coconut milk; diet or low-fat coconut milk will not work well.
