  • About

Buckwheat is an amazing gluten-free grain. The name can slightly mislead as it is not related to wheat at all. And to confuse you even more it is not even a grain but instead a fruit-seed. However, it is used as a grain. Buckwheat is high in protein, making it a good alternative to other grains. It is also an excellent source of magnesium, fibre, copper, phosphorus and quercetin (which is a great antioxidant).
