This is my go-to smoothie as soon as I get home from the gym. You won’t find these ingredients at the juice bar; this is made from top-notch ingredients that your body needs after an epic workout.

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces unsweetened & plain almond milk
  • 1 scoop plant-based protein powder

Method

Add everything to a blender and mix on high for 30 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water.
