In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm the oil and garlic, stirring occasionally, until the garlic is fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add the bread crumbs and stir to toast until evenly golden brown, 2–3 minutes.
Remove from the heat and remove and discard the browned garlic pieces if you like. Toss in any of the suggested add-ins that appeal or any other seasoning you think might be nice. En
