Chocolate Brownie Torte

This stellar indulgence is perfectly perfect served all by itself, like a brownie. But if the need arises to dress it up, pair it with no more than a dollop of unsweetened whipped cream and a few raspberries. For a more glam presentation, drape it with a dash of Dark Chocolate Olive Oil Ganache and bits of edible gold leaf. It can be baked in a tart pan and served by the slice or in tartlet pans for personal-size midnight snacks. If well wrapped, it freezes great for a couple of months.
