Method

In a small skillet, sauté the garlic in the oil over medium-low heat until soft. Let cool.

Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or a bowl with a spatula, mix together all the ingredients until airy and combined.

Spoon the butter onto a large sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap, roll into a log, twist the ends to seal, and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.<
