Flour is not a pie bakery (much to the dismay of my husband, who is a pie addict), but every year during the holidays we pull out all the stops and make pies in almost every flavor. This one is a late addition to our holiday roster that was prompted by the dessert menu at Myers+Chang, our pan-Asian restaurant.
