Real men may not eat quiche, but that might be because they haven’t tried this one. We routinely sell out of quiche, and I can assure you our customers are not all female! This quiche starts with the flakiest, butteriest, most tender crust and is filled with a rich custard base flavored with (surprise!) nutmeg. The spice lends an elusive nutty background note that goes supremely well with our quiche fillings. Here I offer you a few of our favorites.
