Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon, finely chopped mint
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3–4 tablespoons boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar

Method

Put the sugar and mint in a sauce boat. Add the boiling water and vinegar. Allow to infuse for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
