Fresh, juicy limes are so abundant in Florida that it’s no wonder they crop up in recipe after recipe, from the famous Key Lime Pie to simple fish dishes. Not to be outdone, I made up my own tangy lime sauce to go with the grouper I caught on Captain Jack’s boat and later barbecued over an open fire on a desert island – and I must say it’s a pretty good sauce, too. In fact it goes well with any white fish.
