  • About

According to Tony Belmont, the man who would be King of Rock and Roll, this is a ‘real cute pie’.

Ingredients

Filling

  • 8 fl oz (250 ml) orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, peel and pith removed, cut in pieces

Method

First make the pastry. Sift the flour and sugar together. Cut the butter into small pieces and work into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs.
