For this recipe, get the biggest prawns (or shrimps, as the Americans call them) you can find.
Melt the butter in a frying-pan and sauté the prawns in it for 1 minute or until coloured. Add the garlic, mushrooms and peas. Cook for another minute. Add the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and the parsley. Cook for another minute. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
