You can make any amount of this: just make sure that you have equal quantities of each type of vegetable.
Heat some butter in a pan. Sauté the onions, peppers and okra. Season with Cajun Magic or barbecue spice to taste and stir well. Put in the spicy sausage, the chicken stock and tomatoes, bring to simmering point and let the dish bubble away for 35 minutes.
