This is good with barbecued steak or any other meat.


  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 4 oz (


In a large skillet or frying-pan, sauté the onion and garlic gently in the butter. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl with 4 fl oz (120 ml) water, then add to the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer
