These little dumplings are shaped like Cornish pasties and made with flour dough ‘wrappers’ which you can buy in Chinese supermarkets.


  • 1 lb (450 g) potsticker wrappers
  • Oil


Prepare the filling by mixing the pork, cabbage, spring onion, garlic and ginger together in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, sherry, cornflour, sesame oil and pepper. Refrigerate at this point if necessary, until ready to use.

To assemble the potstickers, spoon 1 tablespoon of the filling into th
