These little dumplings are shaped like Cornish pasties and made with flour dough ‘wrappers’ which you can buy in Chinese supermarkets.
Prepare the filling by mixing the pork, cabbage, spring onion, garlic and ginger together in a bowl. Add the soy sauce, sherry, cornflour, sesame oil and pepper. Refrigerate at this point if necessary, until ready to use.
