A world without cheese and wine is not worth living in. A wedge of Stilton and a glass of port, a slice of Cheddar and a pickled onion, a pyramid of goat and a glass of Rhône, they are of this world, but in reality come from heaven. Without cheese life isn't worth living. When I am satiated by meat and fine food, but am hungry for something tasty and light, a fondue springs to mind. Easy to prepare; fun to do, I offer you this typical fondue recipe.
