You may have noticed that lovely recipe for Rabbit with Wild Mushrooms. Well, my host for the day was a terrific woman called Dallas Love, who has been living up in the mountains with her horses, riding and trekking and observing the seasons come and go for many years. And because she had enjoyed my Rabbit with Wild Mushrooms, she invited me to her farm to cook this dish for me. Jolly good it was too.
