This chili comes together quickly and makes a big batch. You can make it either on the stovetop or in the slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 medium onions, cut in chunks
  • 2 Tbsp

Method

Steel Blade: Drop garlic through feed tube while machine is running; process until minced. Process onions with quick on/off pulses, until coarsely chopped. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or large pot on medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 3 or 4 minutes, until softened.

Slicer: Slice peppers and mushrooms, using medium pressure. Add to onions and sauté 3 or 4 minute
