These make a great side dish with meat or chicken. You can also serve them as a main dish or for breakfast topped with syrup or yogurt and fresh fruit—just omit the pepper, garlic and onion powder.
Steel Blade: Combine all ingredients, except oil for frying, in processor. Process until blended, about 10 seconds. Let mixture stand for a few minutes to thicken.
