A Juhu Beach easy.
Mash the butter with the chilli, salt, pepper and cumin. Cook the cobs in boiling water for about 5 minutes then, when ready to grill, rub them with a little of the butter and grill over hot coals until they’ve taken on a bit of colour. Rub all over with the remaining butter and eat with squirts of lime.
