Ingredients

  • 250 g Chinese plum sauce
  • 2 ½ tablespoons water
  • juice and rind of 4

Method

Bring the plum sauce, water, lemon rind and fruit to the boil. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add lemon juice. Add sugar then strain the sauce and allow to cool, ready for use. To keep, place in an airtight jar and refrigerate.
