Dissolve the yeast in the milk. Using an electric mixer, mix together the flour, eggs, salt and yeast mixture then knead until the dough no longer sticks to the bowl. Cover with a damp cloth then set aside and allow it to double in size.
Once doubled, add in the butter and knead the dough until the butter has been completely incorporated. Set aside and allow to double in size once more.
