  • 500 g plain flour
  • 200 ml iced water

Method

Sieve the flour onto a workbench and make a well in the centre. Pour the water, salt, vinegar and melted butter into the well.

Work all the ingredients together with the fingertips of one hand. Use your other hand to push small quantities of flour into the centre, as it tends to spread out. When all the ingredients are well combined, work the dough lightly with the palm of your hand unt
