Cauliflower Cheese Steak



Slice a head of cauliflower into ¾-inch “steaks”

Roast the steaks on an oiled sheet 375°F for 15 min. per side (until fork tender & golden)

Roast 3 more min. or until cheese melts

Top each steak

  • with 3 T grated Cheddar cheese & 2 T chopped scallions
  • plus salt & pepper
