Strip the berries from the stalks. Put into a pot with the water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes (do not exceed this time as the juice becomes bitter). Strain the fruit through a jelly bag, and be careful not to squeeze or poke the bag or the jelly will be cloudy. Measure the juice, return to a clean pot, and add the correct amount of sugar.
