A quick preparation that transforms plain boiled eggs into a colorful and delicious breakfast dish.


  • 1 chile pepper, seeds removed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and cooled


In a mortar and pestle, coarsely crush the chile peppers with ½ teaspoon of salt. Finely chop the eggs or mash them using a fork. Combine with the olive oil, parsley or thyme, green onions, crushed chile, remaining salt, allspice, and pepper. Serve with olives, Foo
