  • 2 pounds medium grind (#2 grade) white bulgur
  • White whole-wheat flour, as needed
  • Salt, as needed
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

Soak the bulgur for an hour in cold water until swollen, then squeeze out any remaining water.
