Poached Fish and Tahina Stew

Laila recorded this recipe at Hatem Bakr’s seaside fish shack in the Beach Refugee Camp in 2013, accompanied by Anthony Bourdain and his crew. All were blown away by it. It is very similar to the previous recipe, but more like a soup or stew.
