  • About

This delicious conserve is made with Gaza’s famous red dates. As of October 2015, farmers have finally—after a fifteen-year ban—been allowed again to export them to the West Bank.

When in season, there are more of these dates than anyone knows what to do with; what is not turned into date paste or consumed fresh is often made into imrabba balah.
