  • About

Negronis made with mezcal instead of gin have become a hit—I saw them called “mezconis” in Roman cocktail bars. No thank you to the name, but agave spirits taste great with bitters, and I love the way Dano worked another traditional product, ruby red and tart hibiscus, or jamaica, into his version of the drink.
