So simple, so good. The lime and chile on the surface of these peanuts echoes the tangy spice of addictive Tajín seasoning. You’ll find yourself tossing these on salads and on veggies, and, of course, just scooping them up by the handful.

Method

Heat the oven to 325°F (170°C).

Spread the peanuts out on a baking sheet and toast until fragrant and light golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes. Shake the pan at least once during toasting.
