Use salmon fillets (my favorite) or steaks for this quick, tasty main course. Also try this method with fresh tuna steaks and swordfish.

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets or steaks (6 to 8 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce, preferably

Method

  1. To marinate the fish, arrange the fillets or steaks in a shallow ceramic or glass dish just large enough to hold the fillets snugly in 1 layer. Combine the soy sauce, lime juice, ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes in a small bowl; pour over the fish. Turn the fish over to coat with the marinade.
