  • ½ cup rice vinegar
  • ½ cup cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of cayenne


    In a medium bowl, whisk all of the ingredients together until the sugar dissolves and the oil is well blended.
