This is the easiest way to serve gari. Simply boil the water separately and then bring it to the table in a pitcher and let each person serve him or herself individually.

  • ¼ cup dry gari per person

Method

Directions

  1. Heat about ½ to ¾ cup water per person to boiling and pour into a pitcher.
  2. Spoon or pour about ¼ cup of dry gari on each individual plate.
