  • Any lager beer (in Ghana, Club or Star), well chilled
  • Ginger ale or ginger beer or other soft drink or carbonated citrus drink, well chilled

Method

Directions

Simply mix together one part lager beer and one part ginger ale (or other carbonated drink). Make sure the drinks are very well chilled first, and use ice cubes if desired. Garnishes might include a slice of lemon or lime, or a sugarcane swizzle stick.
