Method

Substitute ¾ cup unsweetened fresh or dried grated coconut for the peanuts. Toast the coconut first by spreading out on a baking sheet and baking at 350 degrees F for about 10 to 15 minutes, shaking the pan every few minutes. Then proceed as with the above recipe.
