I think we’re a bit obsessed with Gentleman’s Relish at Ginger & White. It’s a salty little number made from anchovies and spices and we offer it on the communal tables alongside brown sauce and ketchup. When we opened in Belsize Park our first chef, Tom, came up with this magnificent butter and now we always keep some in the freezer. It’s also great for slathering on roast beef sarnies.
