A self confessed cookbook, instagram and photography addict, Tonia worked for a decade as a food stylist and recipe creator before becoming the Food Editor of the award winning Waitrose Food Illustrated Magazine. She has authored five of her own books, and developed her low effort, maximum impact recipes for magazines such as Living etc, Olive, Delicious and Red. Pursuing her lifelong devotion to caffeine and toast, she founded Ginger & White; a bijou London cafe, which quickly became the go-to spot for boiled eggs with marmite soldiers and flat whites. She joins ckbk as Digital Food & Content Editor in our London headquarters.
